Karin Klein
Karin Klein is a Global Event Strategist with more than 15 years of experience designing high-touch programs and luxury experiences around the world. Through her consultancy, L1 Events, she partners with global brands, hospitality groups, and VIP clients to create unforgettable moments that blend strategy, creativity, and elevated hospitality. Her work spans boutique incentive programs, executive summits, and large-scale productions, each infused with a meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding of people, place, and purpose.
A hotel sleuth at heart, Karin is passionate about uncovering luxury properties and unique destinations, pairing them with world-class culinary and cultural experiences. Originally from Northern California and now based in Arizona, she frequently returns to the Bay Area to connect with friends and family—and to scout the next great spot for clients.
Outside of work, Karin enjoys all things culinary and hospitality-related—from Michelin-starred dining to local hidden gems, wine tasting, and global travel. You’ll often find her at live culinary and music events, cheering on the Niners, seeking out the best Italian food in every city, or spending time with her dog, Theo (a boxer).

Specializing in high-end, detail-oriented experiences, Janece has built a reputation for excellence, trusted by clients to deliver memorable events that reflect their unique vision and exceed expectations.
Known for her detail-oriented approach and calm-under-pressure attitude, Janece is passionate about thoughtful design and creating unique experiences that leave a lasting impression.
As a San Francisco Bay Area native, Janece takes advantage of The Napa Valley being in her backyard with all the food and wine experiences this region has to offer. When not working she enjoys dinner parties with friends, travels to Italy and hikes with her husband and their black lab.
